Indiana Clinicians practicing in primary care, addictions and/or corrections, Nurses, Pharmacists, Mental Health Providers, Addiction Professionals, Disease Intervention Specialists, Social Workers, Case Managers, and Public Health Professionals

A daylong conference that brings both nationally and locally recognized experts to discuss the latest in the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of Hepatitis C infection.

Up to 5.0 contact hours will be awarded as part of this program through the following:

Indiana University Health is approved as a provider of continuing nursing education by the Ohio Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. (OBN-001-91)

Indiana University Health, Indianapolis, has been approved by the Indiana Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist and Mental Health Counselor Board to provide Category I Continuing Education program for: LSW, LCSW, and MTC.
